Motorised Clinker discharge Sector Gate is tailor made equipment used in Clinker Stock Pile or below Silo to discharge material on Belt Conveyor or Pan Conveyor. These Gates are operated by Regulating Duty Electrical Liner Actuator.
We supply gates of size from 300mm to 800mm. Material of Construction is based on the operating parameters like temperature, pressure, size handled. Operating Duty can be open close & regulating standard construction of a Clinker Gate is heavy gauge mild steel. Also available in abrasion resistant steel. Gate can be operated automatically with air or electric actuators. Optional limit switches indicate which leg is open to product flow. Air actuator includes cylinder, 4-way double solenoid valve, air filter/regulator/lubricator and flow control valve.
